Three Chimneys - Old School to Timeless Home.
LT Contractors were asked to tender for the project, off the back of other works completed in and around Orford.
The project involved demolition of the existing single story extension running along crown lane. During the demolition it was found that there was a main sewer pipe running alongside the building.
The cause a delay to the project while a redesign was carried out to allow construction to move forward and also while the correct agreements were put in place to allow work to continue.
The redesign resulted in complex ground works, which required careful planning and programme to ensure the project was completed as swiftly and safely as possible.
The project sourced handmade Kent bricks, high grade Welsh Slate, joinery shop kitchen, doors and fitted furniture, manufactured to order French Oak flooring & Aston Mathews sanitaryware.
