Coronavirus Update - 27-03-20

LTC have spent the last week reducing operations, making sure any small projects are left safe for our clients, a number of whom are vulnerable. We have also reduced operations on our larger sites, again to make sure we are leaving our sites safe and secure.

We have not had an enforced closure by the government - we have continued to monitor and adhere to all of the guidelines issued, but we felt last week it was morally correct to work out our best path to shutdown for the well-being of our staff and customers alike.

Almost all of our sites are now shut with the last finishing on Tuesday 31st March.

During our self-imposed closure we will be looking to make any of our plant. equipment and vehicles available to the NHS or it's volunteers.

Saturday, Sunday, Monday and today one of our carpenters joined forces with the charity Band Of Builders. To help them complete a wheelchair friendly front extension and some internal second fix jobs. For James, who is a 11yr old, son of a plasterer from Hemel Hempstead who suffers from a rare disease called Mitochondrial Disease.

This weekend one of our carpenters will be joining forces with the charity Band Of Builders once again.

This project is for James. James is aged 11 and is the son of a plasterer from Hemel Hempstead who suffers from a rare disease called Mitochondrial Disease.

Band of Builders aims to help James and his family by creating a small extension to the front of the property with a ramped access which will allow James access the family home with ease.
